1. Understand the seller:
We will provide you with in-depth information about the local real-estate market or the seller (as available) to strengthen your negotiating position.
2. Get your homework:
We will give you all the comparable prices of listings sold and for sale, so that an educated offer can be made.
3. Showing your cards:
Get pre-qualified so the Seller will know your offer is valid, but if for example, you can pay cash, you don’t need to disclose it at first. We know how to handle all this.
4. Always have options:
We will show you enough homes that you will have several you would be happy with. That way in the negotiating process, we can tell the sellers agent, that theirs is not the only home in consideration.
